Today’s concern of the 10th Jubilee World Russian People’s Council that opened in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Moscow, 4 April 2006, is to pass Declaration of Human Rights and Dignity. The declaration, which challenges the system of liberal values established in the society and urges to reconsider ideological concept of human rights, has been approved by a number of political leaders already.
